Shipping and Delivery

For the delivery of the purchases, the Customer can choose his residence, his domicile, the address of the place of work, or the private address of a natural person of his choice; for security reasons, shipments will not be made to PO boxes. In this regard, only the information relating to the address, entered at the time of the order, is valid.

For each order placed on the Site, Azienda Italiana Calzature srl issues a sales note or invoice for the goods shipped, indicating the value of the individual items, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004 which is attached to the package. For the issuance of the document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No variation will be possible after the issue of the same. For items on sale, the sales note or invoice shows the discounted amounts.

As a rule, the shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly indicated on the order form, unless otherwise expressly indicated.

Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are free and are made by SDA/Poste Italiane express courier or DHL.

For destinations outside Italy, purchases will be shipped via DHL, SDA POSTE ITALIANE, EMS logistics services depending on the chosen destination.

Orders will be shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

The products will be shipped within a maximum period of 10 (ten) working days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Isabella Ferrante. The estimated delivery times for Italy and Europe vary from 1 to 5 working days; for all other destinations vary depending on the destination location between 2 and 20 working days.

Azienda Italiana Calzature srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and for those due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing the signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, the Customer is requested to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is requested to immediately contact the courier and notify Azienda Italiana Calzature srl at info@aic-srl. it

If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

If Azienda Italiana Calzature is unable to deliver the ordered goods following the unavailability, even temporary, of the products, it will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case no later than 10 (ten) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the customer will be refunded in the same way as when the payment was received.
