Items can be exchanged when a different size of the same item code is available. Exchanges for different item codes are currently unavailable.

The new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the replacement item.

However, we can only exchange non-defective items, in their original condition, not worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in a single package.

We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns submitted at different times for the same order. Shipping is free on all exchanges. Please note that exchanges are only possible within Italy.
