Azienda Italiana Calzature s.r.l. aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, products may be returned free of charge for a refund or an exchange (size or color) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
ORIGINAL CONDITIONS
Returned items must show no signs of use or imperfections and must be in the exact condition in which they were sent, including original packaging. Unused items may be returned to Azienda Calzature Italiane within 14 days of delivery, provided that return authorization has been received.
